Yeah, we need a properly working chapter 7. ;_;

Can't wait. <3 Starless Umbra, and it gets better with every chapter. I hope Chapter 7's a long one, though, and not a relatively short one like 5.

Nope, Mokono is the new town introduced in chapter six.

It's also one of the best locations in the game and easily my favorite town in Starless Umbra. It's so peaceful and lovely. <3 Nice music, too. The perfect setting for all the bromance that's present during chapter six.

You know, I was going to write a long review chapter-by-chapter for Starless Umbra, complete with my thoughts and suggestions and whatnot...

But my computer blew up this morning, so I can't. It's in the repair shop right now and I'm using my sister's computer, but I can't write much without loading the game to draw up some specific examples of things I want to comment on. So, I'll just leave it at this for now since this is a suggestion thread. Could you perhaps make chapter five a bit longer? As things stand, I think it's simply too short for a whole chapter, much as I enjoyed it. It needs a bit more to be fleshed out and have its own complete identity. I think one obvious route would be to make a dungeon out of that desert somehow. It would bring chapter five up to a proper length, and could also develop both Kelar's character and his relationship with Andoru and Lynia. The former would be nice since it's always nice for the new character to have some spotlight. As for the latter... while the relationship between Andoru and Kelar was developed wonderfully in chapter six (Despite knowing him the least time, after chapter six I could argue that Andoru's closer to Kelar than any other party member except, of course, Clydan), an extra bit of interaction between Lynia and Kelar would be nice. The exchanges in Ghaine, Aesir, and Nogard were great, so we've got the quality covered, but we still need a bit more quantity.

I don't quite get the complexities of Shiki and DHM's relationship, but at least I do understand that the release date for chapter six is one week away. Fuck yeah!
