Chapter themes would be really neat. Maybe a little tune could play when the chapter is displayed, then that tune would introduce itself into certain plot points of the chapter or something. I like the idea. My only concern is recurring songs. For instance, there would probably only need to be one (maybe two) cave themes, despite there being 4-5 cave dungeons in the game. We can re-use a few of them, but if the melody is tied to a specific chapter that may be hard. Character themes, however... :) | Music Questions (For Fans)
Kelar: feel free to post 'em or even make a new topic. I can try to get the changes in 7.01b. @Kelar, yes that's Andoru! as usual, your observations are a big leap in the correct direction. Note his collar how he has two separate outfits on. | IMPORTANT: The SU7b list of bugs!
Oh a survey! I want to reply. :P 1. I like it; I've definitely seen you evolve as a musician. 2. For the final release, MP3 320kbps. >:] 3. A strong, recurring melody that returns from song-to-song (even if it's a few notes) I feel is very powerful. (Yasunori Mitsuda does this a lot in the Chrono Cross soundtrack.) 4. It would be worth waiting on the release until music is all custom. 5. Following MP3 formats, ambient/minimal tracks will be very powerful. (I keep thinking back to chrono cross tunes. EDIT: also very cool read :)) http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Music_of_Chrono_Cross | Music Questions (For Fans)
Apologetic post. I'm buying a router/modem for the new place this evening. (Yes, even before I get a bed--I'm sleeping on a yoga mat.) | IMPORTANT: The SU7b list of bugs!

Hi Marcus, That's not an issue with your save. In fact, it's an issue that didn't get fixed. This is critical so expect an updated version of the game sometime Friday evening. | IMPORTANT: The SU7b list of bugs!
That would be greatly appreciated. I was getting a little overwhelmed testing on my own, but general feedback is always nice to have, especially since the next few months will all be overhauling content and mapping for more of ch8. | A beta for you
Good to hear. :) I will likely release an update tomorrow with some of the things added that I've wanted to. | Hey guys |
