Chapter 7: Bleak Remembrance

What's the plot for the chapter going to be like? Well, you know I like to keep it vague, but in a nutshell Andoru will be working with Khan to understand the "union" discussed near the end of the previous chapter. His resolution is again a step further from finding a way home (which has its consequences), but it is a necessary step as we will see a slight shift in Andoru's personality as he builds himself mentally and physically. (Finally!)

I've pushed the bar with chapter seven. Much of the game as you know is constantly undergoing a makeover, so what that means is that not only will there be plenty of new and exciting material, but I'm also adding a few more cutscenes to earlier portions of the games to give the plot some more continuity. (More Illia anyone?)

Thank you for being patient with me as I've worked with release over the past year or so. The recent activity on the forums really pushed me to wrap this up and now I feel as if it's time for another deadline in my life.

PS, if you are playing SU right now I suggest you wait. Saves will be compatible. :]

Awesome. I still need to get you those screenshots (sorry about that) unless someone else got them to you. I went to go play SU and I couldn't find my old folder with all my saves.

(This was like two days after I posted that one typo) I really can't believe I forgot where the folder was. XD

Anyway this is good news for me as I was looking to start playing SU again. I'll just wait until Chapter 7 then.

I recall bringing up the fact that Illia was scarcely mentioned for a majority of the game awhile back. Glad to see she's going to be more prominent in the story. =]

A game as big as this, how do you even remember these things haha. I always found that a problem when getting further in a game, the little things in terms of plot.

It is tremendously difficult for me to track what is going on, and playthroughs take a full weekend now. Thankfully, though, I'm pretty close to completion.

How many chapters are we looking at, when SU is finished?

I'm pretty sure he said in another thread that there will be 9 normal chapters, plus another for the epilogue. So 10 I guess (SUX)

Yep; SUX will be the remake. There are 9 chapters, a prologue, and an epilogue.

Is the epilogue going to come with chapter 9, or are you going to release it seperately after.
I've never finished chapter 6, I got upto the last dungeon, but it lagged so bad on my old crapbox of a computer I couldn't finish it.

I haven't completely decided yet. :\
