Editing miles of text just got easier.

Okay. I'm not sure who this may apply to, whether Dragonheartman sees this (and can put it to good use) or anyone else fiddling with Rpg maker 2000/2003, there's a new little program I was referred to and it's really helpful.

It's called DreaMaker, and it can extract every dialog in the game into a .txt file. I'm not going to go into details, but let's just say that with this I was able to quickly redo every single npc's text in every single map, and easily implement a custom text speed system while I was at it.

Don't thank me, thank ~Jack~ from Gaming World forums and the creator of DreaMaker himself, King Kadelfek. Without further adieu, here you go!

(This also works for other languages, making games easier to translate)

Oh this is wonderful. :)

I was going to actually write a program to crawl through and extract SU's dialogue. (as they are just in plain-text on the map files). Still this makes my job HEAPS easier!

I was hoping it would come of some use to you, but I figured you'd have already re-done a lot of it.
